Apple seed oil contains fatty acids including:

- 60% linoleic acid (omega 6)

- 30% oleic acid (omega 9)

- 9% palmitic acid

Apple seed oil has high levels of vitamin E, including β-tocopherol and α-tocopherol and these vitamins have strong antioxidant activity.
